· Dr A V Rama Rao Foundations Best Ph.D. Thesis and Research Award in Chemical
Engineering/Technology for the Year 2007
Award money : Rs. 25,000/- (Nominee Rs. 15,000/- and Guide Rs. 10,000/-)

UNDER GRADUATE PRIZE

· The Chemical Weekly Prize for “Best Research Paper Published in a High Impact Factor
International Journal by an Undergraduate Chemical Engineering Student”
(First Prize Rs. 6,000/- and Second Prize Rs. 4,000/-)


· Young Researcher’s Awards for Doing Post-Graduate Studies in India for the Year 2009 (10
awards of Rs. 10,000/- each)



· Shah-Schulman Award ‘for the best Ph.D. thesis in the area of Colloid and Interface Science’

Home Paper or Design Project Report Award (First Prize Rs. 10,000/-, Second Prize Rs. 8,000/-
and Third Prize Rs. 7,000/-)


Nomination Forms for these two awards have to be endorsed by the Head of the
Department of Chemical Engineering, of the concerned institution. Forms, duly filled,
should reach the IIChE Office on or before 31st July 2009.
